Japanese and Chinese have a long history with karate, they have both been the homes of greatest karate techniques. One of them is the school of Kenpo. Basically, Kenpo is another karate school, which make great use of the energy called "chi". For Japanese people, Chi is a strong energy which comes from our life force.
